Bonne Maman Mug handle

This is my take on LeFabShop's excellent handle that converts used Bonne Maman jam jars into awesome upcycled mugs.

I made two small tweaks:

• There are 12 cutouts in the original design, whereas Bonne Maman jars have 10 sides. It always bothered me that they didn't align, even if the style was very well captured. My design aligns perfectly with the jar.
• I've made a tiny chamfer on the tabs to make screwing the handle on a tiny bit easier and to put less pressure on the tabs when screwed all the way down.
