How I Designed This

I got the swagelok tool as part of some training at work, and decided to make it a little more interesting.
At first I started by putting a bearing in the centre of the hole, but that resulted in the whole thing being unbalanced (see first part of video).
The second part was tricky trying to measure, estimate the centre of gravity, but through a process of taking some static balancing points and some trial and error, I managed to create a bush that is as close to the centre of gravity as I'm going to get. (see second part of video)
I chose a 688 Hybrid Mixed Ceramic Ball Bearing as they're easy to get and relatively cheap.
