Caliburn DartJam coupler spacer
[UPDATE 2, mid 2018: The latest revisions of the Caliburn have removed the DartJam coupler piece altogether, so as of mid-2018 this remix is now redundant. I'm leaving it here anyway for archiving purposes. Latest Caliburn files can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2376150]
[UPDATE: CaptainSlug has made a DartJam Alternate which has a captive slot for the coupler, so if you're up for printing a new part, I suggest you go for that instead: note: broken link removed]
This is a simple spacer that keeps the coupler from moving around within the DartJam. The coupler constantly shifting around when assembling/disassembling the Caliburn was driving me crazy, so I decided to do something about it.
The spacer is offered in 2 variants, one is just the plain spacer and the other one includes a very thin 0.20 mm selective brim that may help keep it adhered to your bed if you have adhesion issues. After printing, you should be able to easily pull the brim off, or you can trim it off with some flush cutters.
When inserting the spacer into the DartJam, note that the thinner side of the spacer should be oriented towards the top.
