Marble Track Spacers, Brackets and Rail Clips

This drawing file was created to accompany Marbles For Good by Rich Maxwell. The file tells a laser cutter to laser cut marble track Brackets, Back plates and Spacers out of a sheet of 1/8-inch Baltic birch plywood or HDF (high-density fiberboard) fiberboard. These track pieces are designed to hold two track rails (1/4-inch ice-maker tubs, with #16 gauge wire inside) in place and separated for a small marble. The bracket and companion back plate, screwed together with #8-32 x ¾ Screws and Nuts allows the track mounted on the brackets to be attach to an upright 3/8-inch dowel structure.
The file is set up to cut 10 sets of Brackets, Back Plates and Spacers from a 12" x12" sheet of 1/8-inch Baltic Birch or HDF (high-density fiberboard) fiberboard.
