hot-end-nozzle-shaper-driller

I thought the jigs in thing # 53316 were a bit too complex, so I believe I came up with a way to use a slightly modified version of one of the original separate jigs in the original thing. Cheaper and quicker to print everything by using one simpler jig instead the two. You follow everything there (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:53316), except use THIS MINOR modification of one of the original jigs for both the shaping step (do NOT mount the advancer wheel) and the drill step (with the advancer wheel put back in). You also will only need a single shorter bolt (around 3" 1/4-20) which you probably need to drill in a "divot" in the end as is shown in the video when he describes the original drill guide.

5/1/14: Rev 2 - sized the block better for the standard 1/4-20 3 1/4" bolt, and added a pair of spots in the top to hold the cap nut in the case you want to drill with a Dremel Drill Press converter stand instead of mounting a drill to a table..

5/6/14 Rev 3 - discovered the site I used to size the top cap nut holders was wrong. Updated to enlarge the nut holders to match actual nut sizes.
