Archimedean solids

I think the Archimedean solids look rather boring in wire frame or cutout versions. In these versions, faces with different shapes are rendered differently. The OpenSCAD code is generated from my polyhedra index http://kitwallace.co.uk/3d/solid-index.xq and adjused to select the faces and apply a form to them. A typical script is included.

The solids have now been oriented to stand on their largest face.
