Combined Y and Z enstop Prusa I3 aluminium frame

This a reliable solution for for Y and Z enstop on the Prusa I3 with aluminium frame. Since the endstops are not mounted on the rods (where they could slide quite easily) it is possible to adjust them quite accurate.
I´ve tested them on my I3 from DIY Tech Shop and they work pretty good. You possibly will need to file the z endstop holder a bit since I made the slot for the frame quite tight, but this is intended to avoid slipping.
The Z adjustment plate is just glued under the x axis and has a thread for a srew to adjust precisly.
