Summary

A screw-on cap for a plastic gasoline container. This design has an open collar for spouts (not included). The collar is 1-1/2 inches in diameter. Mouth is 1-11/16 inches in diameter. Threads are 4-TPI.

I printed this using PETG, but I think most commercial-grade caps are ABS. I'm not sure how different filaments hold up to gasoline.. I'm not a chemist. Use at your own risk.
