There are 2 versions here
1 is laser cut
2nd is made from pla.

PLA version
pla version uses ptfe tubing that will flex into shape, and last at least 50hrs without tightening. It will shape to the outer surface of the bolt and filament providing a greater surface area. Use picture hanging nails to hold tubing in place, slide tubing as in picture, hammer in nails into holes on sides. Tighten down. No need for springs, but springs may make it last longer as pressure will be even when it starts to wear down.

Laser version: dxf cut the part, assemble replace idle. I have over 200hrs with this in my wades, very little wear on acrylic. It grips stronger from larger surface contact pressure, less likely to have feedstock slip or grind.
