How I Designed This

            <div><p>This is a revised version from the first one as it is bulky. </p><ul><li>The newer version now measure 5 mm( vs 8 mm from before) in total thickness with a tighter fit on the id card. </li></ul><p>*I added crossed back to increase strength since I reduce the overall thickness.</p><p>*I change the id lock from two dotted to a overall block to better secure the card. </p><p>*The lanyard slot were trimmed to 1.8 cm wide to have better fit on the hole.</p><p>*slot is now filleted to increase the strength on two side top area.</p><p>*New Print time decrease from 2hr 40 mins to 1 hr 38 with the new design</p></div>
