Ender 2 Graham escapement - Pallets piece

This is a smaller version of the 'Pallets' piece of the Simple Graham escapement to fit the Ender 2 3D printer volume, allowing all parts of the escapement to be printed at 100%. The only thing I've done is reduce the length of the counterweight's 'tail', the rest of the part is unchanged.

I increased the height of the counter-weight to make up for the shorter lever. This was just done by eye and not calculated so may not be necessary, but it works fine anyway.

N.B. - You'll probably need to flip the part by 180 degrees for printing
