Summary

My work pager had a broken belt clip so I modeled this one as a direct replacement. It's for a NP35 USAlert pager.

I didn't have the old clip to model from, it was lost.. So I just made this simple design.

Instructions

You might have to flip it over to print. I used support material to print the overhang on the clip. I used a safety pin to attach it, but a small finishing nail trimmed down and maybe bent over on both sides might be a better idea. I don't have the spring so I did not model in any support for a spring, but you might be able to come up with something. it works great even without one.

Update: To mount the clip onto the pager I used a single piece of stripped 18awg solid core wire, and stuck it through. it's a nice tight fit. I bent each side down and trimmed it, works great!
