At Layers 8 and 13, can be edited with Notepad++ easily

Code for Pausing, Filament Change in Simplify3D::

Just change the Layer Heights as per required and the Z Height you would like to go to to change Filaments.

{REPLACE "n; layer 19, Z = " "; layer 19nG28 Y0 X0nM300nM25nG92 E0nG28 Y0 X0n; layer 19 "}

Change "layer 19" to suit and enter a Z height

Place this code in the Post Processing under Scripts , see the picture I included.
Make sure each line is straight, no breaks... Very Important!
