Flat pan tilt servo bracket

Useful where traditional solution with tilt arm on rotating base is not applicable.

design notes:
Walls thickness in multiples of nozzle diameter (0.4 mm)
Holes for M2 screws or filament pieces.
Cable hole pass through two connectors together plus 0.4 mm offset
