Printable version of Nolik from the Russian children's cartoon Fiksiki.
His head turns (through a snapable socket). He has also been modified to
print better and be more sturdy as a toy: feet and fingers in particular have been moved together so they don't break off as easily. Also included is a rigged version of Nolik in Blender.

Scale up by 10x before printing.
