Custom impression tray handles for dental use

These are custom tray handles designed for custom tray software.
Rick Ferguson designed a fast printing custom tray handle.

Here are two concepts I've designed (but not tested):

1) Eraser head = this is a clean, modern take on an impression tray handle. There are top and bottom indents for easier finger grip. It's 2.5 mm thick on the top and 2mm thick on the sides, which should be more rigid than a flat slab of similar thickness.

2) Print base handle - this is a simpler handle and print base in one. With today's awesome SLA printers like Form2, Moonray, and Anycubic Photon, you should be able to print the custom trays with no supports using these handles. I've included two different angles. Angle the tray to minimize overhang angles on your tray print. This will take more print time, but eliminate a lot of support trimming time.

As these are concepts in my head that haven't actually been printed, please use at your own discretion and risk. Feedback is welcome.
