Summary

This is a simple case I made for the Bus Blaster V4.1a. (http://dangerousprototypes.com/docs/Bus_Blaster#Bus_Blaster_v4)

I did not find any available so I did one.
It is as small as I think is possible.

I recommend that the lid is flipped up side down when printing.

The need for support is minimal and depending on the bridging capabilities of your printer.
I used it only in the USB port.

Post-Printing

Since it is a tight fit and depending on how precise you printer is there is some cleaning to be done.

I reamed all holes 3mm and cleaned the stem of the button to fit the hole.

The lid has pillars to fixate the PCB, those may need some minor sanding to make the fit perfect. Do not over tighten the screws there is no need.

How I Designed This

This is made in fusion 360.

I made a dummy PCB with all major part like the JTAG port, the USB, button and the pin headers.

Made the box low to make it more easy to change the pin headers if need.

I made support for the PCB under the pin headers, Jtag port and the button so that the PCB do not flex unnecessarily when they are used. That is why there is patterns in the case bottom.
