Marble Madness the easy way.

However:

• no pcb
• no electronics
• no microprocessor
• no programming

Just a relay, two micro switches and three AA or AAA batteries.
The 5 volt relay will operate perfectly at 4.5 volts as well.
The parts require no support or raft. The arm should be rotated 270 degrees over the X-axis to put it flat on the bed.
Don't increase the voltage. Due to the higher speed the marble will bounce off the track.
Adjust the switch positions by carefully bending the micro switch levers.
I know, my wiring is messy, but you can do better.

Also check the minimalistic version without micro switches and relais. Just one switch.
