It can be a challenge.<br>I made these from wood and thought I would try to 3d print them...I made it at 0.5 scale just fine though every other rail sections are printed solidly which will give it a different look. Won"t happen at full scale. </p><p>Please let me know if you like it or how I could improve it...This is my first posting. Enjoy and thanks for looking.</p></div>

Post-Printing

I printed it with two outside layers at 0.5 scale and three layers at full scale. You may want to separate and print the parts separably if having difficulty or if you want different print colors..

Some assembly is required and sanding to install the pin for the wheel. At 0.5 scale I was just able to spread the mounting to slide the wheel into position. At larger scale you may have to lower the fill and out layer lines to slide it into position or you must clip off one edge fin to slide it in then glue fin back into position. The pin has an end cap that must also be glued on to hold it all together.

Had to use 10% support only from the bed under the wheel to keep it looking visually pleasing. used 0.1 gap for fill to easily remove it.
