Rubik's biten cheese

Floppy puzzle.
5-segmented: Diameter 50mm, height 25mm
7-segmented: diameter 60mm, height 25mm

easy to print, no support. Print segments 2 per color. Center parts 1 set black, 1 set white. Use 4 pieces of 3mm filament or pieces of M3 threaded rod. Glue in the holes of center parts, glue center parts together. When dry: At side there is a hole for the floppy rotation. Insert M3 nylock nut at one side, fill with segments, and complete with M3 screw.
Lubrificate with vaseline

It is a test of odd number of segments, and how to design the cut for the floppy twist.
5-segmented is printed in PETG, 7-segmented in ABS and acetone vaporized. It is a material test to me. I've found, PETG is much better than ABS and PLA. only it cannot be acetone vaporized. PETG has less warping, is much more stable. it sticks to printbed very good (I use kapton tape). It can be printed with my ABS nozzle (no cleaning). Needs 10C more temperature (ABS=240C, PETG=250C). If price is ok, then buy PETG filaments. I have got B-grade for 12$/kg.
