Summary

Lose the old X carriage and replace it with the original printed part (modified design). At the same time replace the X Beam to move the endstop further to the left in a more comfortable position and for more build space.

Instructions

Remove the old X carriage and X beam. Fit the new X beam and secure endstop in new position with M2.5 bolts. Slide on the new X carriage and position belt with clamp. Done!

Of course you will need the original PB Extruder Mount which is included here in the files for your convenience.

The new X Beam just has the endstop holes moved so just drill the new holes carefully if you cant source a new laser cut part. The new X Carriage part has a small notch for hitting the newly placed endstop which must coincide with eachother obviously.

The new black front securing plates shown in the pic are just so I can use M3.5x37 countersunk bolts in my design and are not essential to this mod.
