Added Alphabet Letters - Slovenian ČŠŽ+ĆĐ

I added some missing letters for fulfilling the Slovenian alphabet.
I added ČŠŽ and ĆĐ for other Balkans.

Đ is made out of D because it is not present in the used font set Bitstream Vera Fonts.
