Quick fix for VelbonCX440

A tripod Selbon CX440 was broken.
I Made a quick fix for it.

If you print the part by the right face, you get advantage of the surface-lines for the locker!

Easy quick fix.
(the code is really ugly, I know! I made it work only...)
