PacMan clock case V2.0

• Re-designed the cradle to be less snug on the clock module and the Arduino Mega

• Added screw holes and screw nut holders to the bottom and sides of the case.

• Tweaked the side panel guides so that the top cover fits better.

• New code on GitHub for a generic Retro Arcade clock
