Rod clamp for ReprapDiscount Hall endstop

Rod clamps for ReprapDiscount Hall endstop. Will hold one of the ReprapDiscount Hall endstops to a standard 8mm smooth or threaded rod.

You may need to drill the spacer's holes wider depending on what screw size you use.
