Google Pixel 2 camera guard

Thin camera guard for Google Pixel 2.

Camera on my phone was starting to show some signs of wear and abuse so I designed this simple guard. Looking better than a full body case and keeps your phone slim and sexy. :-) Guard is only 1 mm thick.

Designed to be printed from a flexible fillament. It might be possible to print from PLA or PETG, but not tested.

Attach it using a double sided tape. Some thin and strong tape is recommended. If you are brave enough, you could try fixing it with a glue, but at your own risk!

I used 2 mm wide tape from ebay: 3M 300LSE Double Sided Tape (cut on reel)

Slice the tape like a comb with exacto knife leaving only a thin strip of tape connecting pieces. Then bend it like a snake while sticking it around the perimeter of the guard. Do not rush it, use steady hand, tweezers and a lot of patience.
