Sideclick Adapter for NVIDIA SHIELD TV

Sideclick is an awesome little programmable remote that attaches to the side of your streaming media player remote using an adapter. The adapter snaps on to the Sideclick and you pop your media player remote in. There is an official adapter for NVIDIA SHIELD TV remotes but it very specifically states:

Works only with NVIDIA SHIELD remote with built-in rechargeable battery and headphone jack. Does not work with SHIELD remote with replaceable coin cell batteries.

I only have the remote with the replaceable coin cell batteries so the official adapter won't work for me... so I made one.
