A quick part that I cooked up in Fusion 360 as getting laser cutting swatches is difficult in my neck of the woods.

15% infill, 2-3 top/bottom layers (your choice)

How I Designed This

Quick destructions

            <div><p>1) Fire up Fusion 360<br>2) New Sketch<br>3) Sketch a 50x50mm center point rectangle<br>4) Sketch a 5mm hole on one of the construction lines the center point rectangle creates, 5.5mm away from the edge<br>5) exit sketch mode<br>6) extrude to whatever depth you want<br>7) Chamfur the corners 5mm<br>8) New sketch on the face of the newly created and chamfured object<br>9) Project, click on object, boom, geometry exported to your sketch<br>10) export sketch as DXF and #profit</p><p>Yes technically you can pre-chamfur the sketch and avoid the extra steps but at the time I was too lazy too :P</p><p>If there is enough interest I will see if I can find time over Christmas break to cook up a video tutorial as for new users in Fusion 360 the above instructions might be a bit vague.</p></div>
