I took the original (https://www.thingiverse.com/KevoFpv) mount which was really good, but gave me some printing issues and other areas I saw that could be fixed/improved. I redid this entirely from scratch in OnShape. I still need to print and test this out.
- the rear flap was a separate mesh and therefore didn't print fully attached to the main body.
- hole on the bottom had <.7mm clearance which would cause a very thin wall and uneven printing
- rear flap overhang was reduced to 41deg to allow unsupported printing in this area
- rear flap thickened to 3mm to allow it better to support the main body.
