Pro'sKit Precision Tool Holder

This is a simple click-in holder for these particular precision screwdrivers/nut-drivers, not a general purpose holder!

Brand: Pro'sKit (yes, without a space!)
Model: Who knows? They have a few different handle shapes, so use the images to identify if you have a match (they are very different styles, so if you recognise the ones in the image, they should fit).

They are contoured to fit like a glove and hold the screwdrivers/nut-drivers very well with no movement whilst in the holder.

My print settings: PLA, 0.25mm, 100% infill (about 7.5m of 1.75mm filament).
