Magnetic Fidget Toys

Designed for use with 32mm magnets such as http://a.co/d/hkYZaxj

When assembled, the devices exhibit a variety of stable modes and transitions. Great for teaching physics, dynamics, geometry, and general scientific principles. Also fun to play with.

Glue (use epoxy for permanent assembly) the inner ring around a magnet and two caps to each side. This produces one magnetic core, which now spins on a joint and is safe from binding to other magnets. You will want to produce six of these.

Make sure to print tips horizontally for best resolution, and print structures so as to avoid large horizontal hanging surfaces.
