bookmark - page opener with hinged thumb relief

This is a combination book opener + bookmark I designed because a nameless redditor was being a moneygrubbing dog when asked about sharing his design, even though he likely ripped it from one of the dozens already listed in here.

Mine has an embedded hinge to retain the "ergonomic thumb pad" from being lost
