vent cup holder VW polo + slim cup edition

first remix is about better fit to vent crate, so lower support beams are located just a tad higher. this allows better tilt, and more vertical position of cup, while bottom of holder still leans on vent hole edge for improved stability.
It fits VW polo 6n 1996 vent layout perfectly.

another remix is about higher and slimmer thermal cup, or 0.5L PET bottle . i've noticed cup and bottles designs very a lot so i've included blender file - to allow anyone adjust height of upper holder .
be carefull to not rise the upper holder too high - be certain bottle is still secured even when it's bottom falls out of bottom stand. also a little bit of rattle is better than too snug fit, as it's annoying to lift whole holder along with cup and it can waste unnessesary seconds.

Ofcourse stay safe and NEVER drink while driving! pull over, or use long timed intersection lights. @ just 50km/h you pass ~14m in 1s eye blink!

EDIT: after almost year of use i've noticed ABS-like any other rubber compound - is prone to aging due to exposure to road-borne ozone.
If you want to make your cup holder survive longer without becoming brittle , try to coat it with acrylic lacquer, and/or use better cabin filter .
