RRD SmartLCD support for Prusa I3

I remix original version to adapt RepRapDiscount SmartLCD Controller.
Moreover i change the support to make 1 piece printable without support.

For the cover of SmartLCD i used LCD_new.stl from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:307778
