resize to size as You wish (uncheck uniform resize to save Z size under 2-3mm, depends on filament), and add post-script for filament change on layer when it start to print border and image ( i use 0.15 LH and then layer 14 is layer when border is started to print -- check in Layer View in Cura, or in similar option for Your slicer )
