Summary

This is a bar extender for the Gocycle. The bar itself is not useable for attaching things. So i decided to build an extender who uses the lower tube. Tube diameter is 35mm.

Post-Printing

Tight fit.

            <div><p>M3 screws fit tight. maybe You need to use a hot Nail to enlarge the holes. Putting in the Nuts with some heat.</p></div>

How I Designed This

The part is build in freeCAD, but this Freeware have to much trouble by smoothing body to have no edges, and smoothing parts who have to guid forces into the clamp. So i did my first meshmixer session and added some material to the extension.
