Summary

This is a substantial modification of the Horizontal Business Card Holder by Orias. I made it more slim and added rounded corners and an inset for placing a 3d version of your logo or an initial.

Instructions

I have a makerbot dual with one nozzle removed and have switched to printing entirely in PLA.

It makes a difference what position you use to print and what slicer you use. The top can be printed on its side with support in makerware or with the bottom up without support in repg. The top looks great with 3d negatively extruded text in sketchup when printed from repg.

Skeinforge in repg does a much better job than miraclegrue in makerware, but the bottom needs to be printed with support in either case. Miracle grue support comes out of the inset sloppily while repg support comes out much more cleanly. When printing with repg and supports it also prints a raft and the raft is challenging to get off of the bottom.

Inset is 35mm x 35mm and 3.4 mm deep
