Summary

A simple RAMPS1.4 holder for mounting the electronics below a Kossel Mini printbed. Suitable for Kossels with 15x15 extrusions.

Note: The bed has to be raised slightly by about 1cm, to have enough clearance for the large thermal fuses.

Instructions

Slice model and print mount. I used Slic3r with 0.2mm layer thickness and a 0.5mm J-Head nozzle.
Place printed mount inside of your Kossel Mini base. The triangle shaped cutout will allow enough clearance around the stepper motor.
Use 4x M3x10mm screws, washers and nuts to mount holder in the base of your Kossel Mini. Do not tighten nuts, yet.
Insert RAMPS and check for enough clearance on all sides, especially around the USB port. You might want to check with a USB cable installed.
Remove electronics and tighten screws.
Insert RAMPS again and mount it with M3 screws. The screws will cut itself into the plastic.
Connect controller board with cables.
Install your print bed.
Have fun with your cleaned up Kossel Mini. ;-)
