JHead thermistore support 2.0

A support for the termistore of the JHead hot end.
It's a proud spork-gear design, but with this support there is no need to use capton tape or similar.

Be carefull the support could deforms with the high temperature and the thermistore could become loose. This can drive the hot end to reach very high temperature and melt down everthing.

I tested the support with a 40mm fan always (always) mounted and blowing against the support and the jhead. The test was succesfull for short periods.
