Parallella case v1.5

Better located vent holes, leaving a Wankel shaped interior covering the fan. Version 1.6 has two options, with a 50 x 10mm or 40 x 7 mm square 5V fan.

The height of the 40 mm version is just below 1", and the 50 mm version is 28 mm.

Fan dimension is square 50 mm, height 10mm.
To keep i simple, no screws are needed. Fan is clipped in place, and pins together with the slide on lid holds the board.
UART pins must be bent 90 deg in order to slide the lid on. There is a gap on the side for attaching the wires.
