Curved Baby Gate Clip

The baby gate I use to keep the dogs corralled has a plastic piece that holds the pieces together, but lets them slide past each other to open. Of course it broke.

I initially tried to use https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:955580, but I didn't need a bearing, and I didn't like the square corners. I'm tall enough to step over the gate, and the square corners tend to catch clothing.

The original pieces were smoother and rounded than the above part. There are two of these on the gate, and one was still intact. So I took some measurements from the broken piece and the intact piece, and drew up a diagram.

v2: After a few months, I broke the first print. It cracked where the vertical section met the top at a right angle. I added a small radius to reduce the stress on that right angle joint.
