But you can make 10 gels at the time. And they are more simuliar compare to agarose than silicon version. (and they sink in water, silicon floats)

You can use Agarose or Agar-Agar circa 1 %
In the micropipette you can use 10% NaCl in water + some food dye ; that 'll sink in the well.
