K8200 stable Controller mount with distance

While building the second Z-support http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:311980 I had to mount the Controller with a bit more space. So I have created a mount for the Controller which is more stable by using metric screws.

You need 2 M5 screws with four edge nuts and 2 M3 screws with nuts.
