Summary

A tool to help slide cables into the IKEA Montera cable channels/trunkings, which I found to be extremely tedious since the rubber lips/edges keep folding in on themselves.

So:
-Put the tool with the stubby end first into the cable channel.
-Place the cable into the tool.
-Push down on the cable at the same time as you push the tool through the channel.
