This part is similar to Large Rudundant Air Baffle 511772-001, usually for around $60 used on eBay (including shipping for U.S. customers).

I suggest printing the parts separately, confirming fit, then gluing them together using epoxy.
You should use an epoxy topcoat or other airtight sealant over the whole thing to make it airtight, to direct airflow properly.

I stopped working where they had a 3D printer before printing this and confirming the fit. Later I purchased a baffle, then later bought my own 3D printer. Essentially this is a community project now. Therefore, please leave feedback as to whether you got it working, with photos ("Post a Make"), and post a remix ("Remix It") if you fix it.
