C14/C13 Blanking Plate for Screwless Panel Mount

Designed this for a friend who had his Brocade Silkworm 200E Fibre Channel switch suffer from a power supply failure.

Turns out the power supply just provided 12V, and not knowing how many amps is needed, we tried a 12V 6A unit which seems to work fine.

This blanking plate comes in two versions, first version is a simple blanking plate to close off the hole, the 2nd version has a mounting hole for a Jaycar 2.5mm Bulkhead Male DC Jack (Code PS0524).

We used the second version of the adapter to power the main board of the switch inside, using a now external 12V 6.0A Power supply.

Figured this may not be the only integrated power supply that could be replaced with an external jack, so uploading here for others to use. :)

Printed in White eSun PLA+ which was a bit stiffer than it needed to be, however, it certainly isn't going to fall out.. ;)
