Square Rod or Tubing Wall Bracket

This is a wall mounting bracket for supporting square rod or tubing. It is fully customizable with one or two mounting holes.

Customizable features:

• Screw Hole Size
• Screw Hold Head Size and Recess (for countersinking screws heads on the single hole version)
• Distance the tubing holder extends from the wall mount bracket
• Bracket thickness
• Wall thickness for tubing holder
• Oversizing capability for the wall bracket
• Wall bracket tab length
• Fillet radius for the wall bracket

  I would probably recommend 100% fill if you want it to be strong, but the design should lend itself to a lower fill if you don't need to support much force. Print without supports. The bracket in the picture was printed with ABS at 100% fill. I added the STLs just for reference - I would recommend customizing to suit your needs.
