150x100mm Heatsink to 120mm Fan mount / duct with cover

Nice and simple mount/duct to hold a fan on a heatsink used in an RF amplifier that puts out way too much heat for what it does, but it works.

Made a cover for it as well that fits over the top and locates through the 120mm fan holes.
