If you intend to build this Turntable, please wait a few days. I am currently developing a major update. It will be easyer to control, will have more features and you'll need less electronic parts.

This is an instruction to build a arduino based 3D-scanner turntable for small objects.

You need:

1) An Arduino uno: https://www.sparkfun.com/products/11021

2) A stepper motor: https://www.sparkfun.com/products/9238

3) One EasyDriver stepper motor driver: https://www.sparkfun.com/products/10267?

4) A David Scanner: http://www.david-laserscanner.com/

Building instructions:

I) Print both parts an assemble the turntable

II) Connect the Arduino with a breadboard to the stepper driver as shown in the picture.

III) Attach a push-button on Arduino Pin 7

IV) upload the firmware to Arduino

V) Plug in
