Summary

This is a gel comb for creating 25 evenly spaced wells when using a large gel for electrophoresis. A multiple of 8 + 1 is ideal so that you can parse out 96 well plates nicely with one lane left for the ladder. With 4 25-tooth combs you can run a 96 well plate on one gel with a ladder for each row. I also made a 17 well comb (see my other models).

When you use adhesion you have to remove a layer between all the comb teeth which is quite a pain.</p></div>
